Our Company

Jolica began as a dream - a dream to build a business that would go far beyond charity and philanthropy.  Ted and Darlene imagined a network of  successful small businesses, run by independent Jolica Gift Consultants, that would provide an equitable market for products produced by talented artisans in countries around the world.  In the process, artisans would also be able to establish and grow their own successful businesses, providing a future for their families and hope for their communities.

In their travels, they encountered stunning works of art.  Jewelry, handbags, scarves and other works of art are produced in tiny villages and rural communities around the world.  Celebrating the Art of Giving, Ted and Darlene began to dream of the possibilities of bringing those works into North American homes.

As the idea began to grow, partners within their own community and from communities around the world became excited about the opportunities. Jolica Gift Consultants could earn a significant income for their families.  Artisans would have a market in which to sell their products - at a fair price, without unreasonable mark ups allowing them to earn a good income as well.  Guests to home parties in discovering the wonderful pieces would experience the Art of Giving - an art that celebrates unique and special relationships.
